Error Code R0800:  Preparers Name, SSN or PTIN, Firm Name and Address must be present

To resolve this error reject code go to Screen ELF, in the Electronic Filing folder of the New York input screens.  In the Partnership Return Information section make sure only one of the following fields is marked. 

  • ERO/Preparer certification
  • Self-filer declaration
